Product & Project Management for teams that need to ship.

Independent Product & Project Manager based in Prokuplje, Serbia. I turn fuzzy strategy into shipped software — through evidence, sharp prioritization, and a deliverable trail your team can act on.

An evidence-first way of doing product.

Most product teams aren't short on opinions. They're short on evidence that converges. I bring a working method — not a methodology — for getting to the right decision quickly: structured discovery, a clear PRD, and the smallest possible artifact that lets the team commit.

My background spans enterprise sales-engagement software and a self-funded, multi-portal SaaS I designed, built, and shipped. That means I write requirements engineers can build from, evaluate vendors against contracts and total cost, and surface the customer voice from data your team already has.

Engagements are quiet, deliverable-driven, and remote-friendly. The work shows up in PRDs, investment cases, and code that ships — not slide decks.

What I do

Three focused services.

Engagements run from a focused two-week sprint to a multi-month embedded role. Most clients combine two of the three below.

01 / Product Management

PRDs, roadmaps, and the work that makes them real.

Stand in as your product manager — or embed alongside an existing one — to take a feature from problem statement to shippable plan and through delivery.

  • Functional PRDs & PBIs (Given/When/Then)
  • Roadmap shaping & prioritization
  • JTBD & opportunity framing
  • Stakeholder & engineering alignment
  • Release planning & deadline triage
02 / Project & Vendor Strategy

Decisions you can defend in a leadership meeting.

For investments that touch contracts, multi-year cost, and cross-functional risk: an evidence base your team and your buyer will trust.

  • Strategic investment cases
  • Vendor evaluation & comparison
  • iPaaS & integration strategy
  • MSA & commercial term review
  • Cross-functional delivery
03 / Voice of Customer

Pull the signal out of your calls and tickets.

Most B2B SaaS teams sit on hundreds of customer calls and thousands of support tickets they never read. I build the pipeline that does.

  • Monthly VoC pipelines (Gong & equivalents)
  • Support ticket triage & severity tagging
  • Churn-risk & account-health signals
  • Competitive teardowns
  • Evidence packs for roadmap reviews
Selected work

Four engagements, four outcomes.

Client identities are abstracted where appropriate. Every number below comes from work shipped or delivered to leadership.

01

Embedded iPaaS vendor selection

Enterprise sales-engagement platform · 2026

Led the full evaluation of three integration platforms against a defined Jobs-to-be-Done set. Delivered a one-pager, a Strategic Investment Case, a 3-vendor comparison matrix, MSA & commercial terms review, and a multi-year cost projection — a decision leadership could defend in one meeting.

Monthly Voice-of-Customer pipeline from sales calls

B2B SaaS · Gong transcripts · 2026

Designed and built a SQLite-based VoC pipeline that ingests, segments, and classifies Gong transcripts at zero external API cost. One month surfaced 26 churn-risk accounts and isolated a VoIP-migration cohort as the dominant driver — directly informing roadmap and retention plays.

03

Support backlog turned into a prioritization tool

Zendesk + Azure DevOps · 2026

Took an unstructured Zendesk backlog and produced a per-bug tracker with severity labels, age-warning banners, and copy-ready acceptance criteria across 13 product areas. Engineering picked up the highest-severity items in the next sprint; the format has become an internal standard for triage.

EventOS — built and shipped

Founder · AI-powered event-management SaaS · 2025–2026

Designed, specced, and built a multi-portal SaaS (Agency, Host, Vendor, Guest) on React 19, TypeScript, Node/Express, Prisma & Supabase, deployed on Google Cloud Run. Shipped features include Vendor Discovery on Google Places, Twilio-based Vendor Outreach SMS, and multi-seat agency invitations with audit logging. Proof I don't only write the PRD — I can build the thing.

About

A product person who can also build the thing.

I'm a Product & Project Manager based in Prokuplje, Serbia, working with clients and teams across the EU and remote. My day job is in B2B SaaS; in parallel, I run EventOS, a self-funded multi-portal event-management product I designed, built, and ship independently.

That dual lens — operating PM by day, founding product owner by night — is the thing clients hire me for. I'll write the PRD; I'll also tell you, honestly, which parts of it your team can build in a sprint and which parts will quietly cost three.
